Microdosing Coffee

Have you ever thought about the benefits of microdosing caffeine? Yea, me neither.

I’ve been quitting coffee very slowly, to avoid headaches and to stretch my much needed and highly beneficial addiction out as long as possible. And also because I love quitting coffee. I do it all the time. Here’s me yapping about quitting last year.

Anyways, the plan was to reduce a little bit each week over six weeks. And I’m now at week five, which feels like homepathic levels of caffeine. Microdosing Coffee sounds cooler though.

Here’s my coffee cup. I set it down and realized it was being spotlit by a beam of light from the blinds. It looked like it was on stage performing. Singing to me, trying to woo me back.
