So last night I had some cannabis. 2mg. Pretty much a microdose. At some point into it, I decided to open a window. And when I did, a blast of wind hit me right in the face. And it was right then, in that exact moment, that I realized the word “window” must come from “wind”. And it blew my mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ve been a fluent speaker of English for over 5 decades. And never made that connection. They were always two different words to me, each with their own individual definition. But I take a little bit of weed, and I suddenly see the connection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why is that? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fifty years is a long time to not have realized it. Does weed open some doors in your mind? It closes some for sure, like I wouldn’t want to drive. But it seems to have opened a door too. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And a window…<\/p>\n\n\n\n
