Good Rudiment Exercise: Triplets and 16ths

Just discovered this exercise and I want to document it so I dont forget.

This is 2 beats of triplets and 2 beats of 16ths. Also, trying to accent the beginning of each triplet. It really messes with my mind when I have to do that at the same time as my left foot on quarter note hi hats.

Sounds a little something like this at 50bpm:
