Tried my hand today at Flintlock: Siege of Dawn. I really liked the world, the visuals, and the whole vibe. However, I’m a tired old man now and learning new combat mechanics requiring fast reflexes are not meshing with me presently. But I’m intrigued enough. I’ll leave it installed and will revisit it again. I may have needed to pay more attention in the tutorial. And possibly set it to easy mode until I get the hang of it. But I did like running and jumping around with a dog god companion. What could be cooler than that?
This is my second gaming journal entry. Not really sure what I’m doing with this either. I don’t feel qualified to offer reviews. Maybe it’ll just be a gaming log of some sort.
