An interesting video about foods and inflammation came up on my YouTube feed. I don’t have a problem with inflammation but wanted more ideas for eating without ultraprocessed food. At the end he simplifes his meals by saying: Pick a protein, a fat, and one vegetable. That’s it.
So here’s what I came up with in the moment. Admittedly a side of broccolli is odd next to scrambled eggs. But everything was a whole food (minus the Spam which I’m only eating to get rid of).
