I’ve decided to no longer have dedicated blog posts as numbered luck journals for my Luck Factor book adventures. It’s so ingrained in my daily life now that anytime I write something it’s sure to be included.
Like today. Went to the coffee shop and met someone new. I’ve never bumped into him before because he arrives at the opening. He’s such a regular though that there’s a placard on the wall with his name on it. I knew I’d meet him eventually. We had a long and pleasant discussion about his electric bicycle, good places to ride, and the history of the coffee shop.
As soon as he left, I happened to notice the local walking/running club gathering. I had forgotten! Chance luck strikes again. I join them and met someone else I didn’t know. A guy who was going to do a marathon the following day. Walked with him for a couple of miles and had a nice chat.
